About the event
A melifluous battle is brewing in Ashburn! The Loudoun Jazz Society presents the "Battle of the Big Bands". Three astounding Loudoun Big Bands-Franklin Park, Loudoun Jazz Ensemble and Swing Shift- will clash on Friday, February 28th from 7-9pm at Old Ox Brewery. Each band will have 18 instruments and the Loudoun Jazz Ensemble and Franklin Park will also feature vocalists.
The music will begin at 7pm, the first band will play for 20 minutes, then the second for twenty minutes, and the third for twenty minutes. This pattern will repeat at 8pm.
Tickets are $18 online through the Loudoun Jazz Society and will be $20 at the door. Student tickets are $10.
